Job Description
BonCode is looking for a Head of Consulting who will further develop our consulting practice. Consulting within BonCode is aimed to help improve our customers software portfolio. We do so by delivering facts generated by our source code analysis tooling. Facts are presented in easy to understand slide decks or automated dashboards.
It is your responsibility to support our customers to consume the insights in these slide decks and dashboards. Furthermore you consult our customers in what actions to take.

Your Profile
You are probably a senior consultant, project- or delivery manager. You have been working in environments where business critical software projects have been delivered. You understand software development processes, as well as project management. You understand the delicate balance between business and IT, meaning that sometimes the IT simply has to deliver business needs as soon as possible, while at others times the business needs to understand that the tech people also need some time and budget to deliver maintainable and secure software systems.
Your New Job
- Overall responsibility of customers assignments
- Collaborate with CCO in marketing and sales efforts
- Collaborate with CTO in product development
- Strategic input to further improve our Company
Required Skills and Experience
As a Head of Consulting, you must build a team that helps to get the right assignments in and satisfies our customers at such a level that they will never stop using our services and tooling. You need to be knowledgable in software code quality but also need to be a communicator and team builder or even entrepreneurial.
You must speak and write fluently in Dutch and English.
Location
You may work from your home offices, our stylish office at Alexanderstraat in The Hague or our Tech Office in Apeldoorn. Our offices are inspiring and enjoyable environments easily accessible by public transport, bicycle, and car.
What we offer
Above all, we offer an opportunity to encounter many different customers and software systems.
We offer a competitive salary—according to candidates’ skills and experience—ranging from €75,000 – €125,000, five weeks annual holiday plus public holidays. You can join our Employee Participation Plan. For suitable candidates, there are opportunities for further growth in management positions.
